1. The STROBE Service

Who Can Use STROBE

To use the Service, you must be at least 16 years old, not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law, and not have been previously removed or banned from the Service by us.

How You Cannot Use STROBE

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STROBE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
